Veteran linebacker Dan Morgan has decided to retire again, his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, announced on his Web Site Monday. Morgan, just 30, signed with the Saints in March, 2008, as he was released by the Carolina Panthers after missing significant time in 2006 and 2007.
