Reversing an order of the Circuit Court of Mingo County that denied an appeal from a family court order that determined the statute of limitations applies to bar a suit to enforce a decretal judgment for alimony arrearages. Holding that because a writ of execution was issued within the ten-year statute of limitations attached to the decretal judgment, the statute began to run anew from the return day of the execution.
